I finally caught my trowel angle mistake after 8 years on the wall

A foreman on a church job in Tulsa pointed out my joints were all dragging to the left, turns out I was twisting my wrist on the finish pass instead of keeping it square, has anyone else had a habit like that that took a stranger to spot?
