Shoutout to my dad for fixing my messed up book cover
I was making a birthday gift and ACCIDENTALLY glued the cover on crooked. My dad stepped in with his old bookbinding knowledge from years ago. He helped me peel it off and align it right without tearing the paper. Now it looks PERFECT and I'm so grateful for his patience. It's cool how family skills get passed down like that.

Yeah that reminds me of my grandpa showing me how to fix a loose hinge when I was a kid. He had this old tin of wax and a screwdriver with a yellow handle. Taught me to tap the screw holes with a matchstick and wood glue before putting the screw back in. Smelled like oil and pine. Still do it that way every time.
