Paw prints on half your signatures is a serious quality control issue lol. My cat's artistic input usually ends with glitter stuck in places glitter should never be.

Totally feel that, my old dog once walked across a fresh stack of listing agreements. Had to explain to the clients why there were muddy streaks over the legal terms. The paralegal was not amused lmao. Pretty sure a wet nose on paper doesn't hold up in court.
