Unpopular opinion: I thought our club's 'Catcher in the Rye' fight was just people being loud.
Then my friend from Boston pointed out Holden's red hunting hat appears 27 times, which totally changed my view on the symbolism. Has anyone else had a small detail completely flip a book debate for them?
