Finally got that new magnetic level for the big tank job

Dropped about $85 on it, and it saved my back from holding a 4-footer in place all day. The magnet held strong even through some light vibration from the grinder. What's your go-to tool that felt like a splurge but paid off instantly?

Mine would be a laser level... my old eyes and shaky hands with a chalk line were a bad combo.

I get the shaky hands thing, but is a laser level really a life changer? It just draws a straight line. My old chalk box still works fine if you snap it hard.
