My game group tried a 10-minute setup for Gloomhaven vs. the full hour, and it changed everything

We used to spend the first hour of our Friday night just setting up the map and sorting pieces, which killed the mood. Last month, I bought a $40 organizer from Etsy that holds all the terrain tiles and monster stands in labeled trays. Now we're playing by 7:15 instead of arguing about where the corridor pieces are. Has anyone else found a storage fix that actually saves real time?

I mean, that organizer sounds like a game changer. I went a cheaper route with tackle boxes from the hardware store for all the monster tokens, maybe cost like fifteen bucks total. The real time saver was using a labeled binder for the map tiles, so you just flip to the right lettered page.
