Am I the only one who saw a board game cafe with a $5 'geek tax' on their menu?

Honestly, I went to The Rook Room in Portland and they charge extra if you bring your own game. Has anyone else run into a fee like that?

Calling it a geek tax is pretty funny... I'd probably just pay it and feel called out. My own game collection is a public cry for help anyway.

Right? It's the most honest tax ever invented. My shelf of unplayed games is basically a receipt for poor life choices.
