Serious question, my brother told me to delete Instagram for 30 days and I told him he was nuts
I told him it was overkill because I only spent like 25 minutes a day on it, tops. He bet me 50 bucks I couldn't go 30 days without it and I took the bet just to prove him wrong. Turns out I was checking it way more than I thought, my screen time report said 1 hour and 40 minutes on average. The first week was awful and I kept reaching for my phone out of habit while waiting in line at the DMV. But by week three I was reading actual books again and my sleep got way better. Now I owe him 50 bucks and I hate that he was right. Has anyone else had a family member call out their phone habit and get it dead on?
