Phone in the bathroom during work hours, 3 days straight now

I finally started leaving my phone on the kitchen counter every morning before I log in. The first day I kept reaching for it like a reflex, but by day three my focus was way better and I got a whole spreadsheet done that had been sitting for two weeks. I even put a sticky note on the bathroom mirror saying 'no scroll zone' so I don't sneak it in there either. Has anyone else tried a designated drop spot that actually stuck, or did you need a lockbox to make it work?
