My buddy's one-word text killed my doomscrolling in a day
He sent 'boring' after I complained about my feed and now I have a paper list of 3 go-to sites in my office, has anyone else swapped their phone for a notepad and found it sticks?

Three days in and I already caved back to my phone for weather and maps. The notepad thing works until you actually need to find a restaurant or check a bus time, then it falls apart fast.
