Found out the average person checks their phone 144 times a day and I felt personally attacked
Saw this stat from a 2023 study by Reviews.org and had to sit down for a sec. 144 times a day works out to roughly every 10 minutes you're awake, which honestly tracks with how my screen time report looks. Downloaded a blocker called One Sec two weeks ago and it makes me take a deep breath before opening any app, which has cut my pickups down to around 60 a day. Anyone else tried something that actually puts a dent in that number, or am I just gonna be fighting this forever?
