TIL I was watching shows at 1.5x speed for a year and missing half the plot
My buddy came over to watch the new season of Severance with me and kept asking why I missed obvious clues in episodes 3 and 4. Turns out I had auto-play speed set to 1.5x on my Roku back in March and just never noticed. Anyone else ever do this or am I the only one who wasted 10 months of TV?

Oh man, hate to break it to you but Severance is on Apple TV+, not Roku, so that speed setting wouldn't have touched it. Roku speed settings only apply to their own channel, not other apps.
