PSA: I thought 'Severance' would be a slow office drama, but the twist at the end of episode 1 got me hooked.

My partner picked it, and I was ready to zone out. The first 20 minutes felt like a weird, quiet corporate thing. Then that final scene with the outie happened. The whole tone flipped in an instant. I binged the whole season in a weekend. Now I'm on the other side, telling everyone to just get past the setup. Has anyone else had a show completely change your mind like that? What was the moment that did it?

That outie scene was a masterclass in shifting a show's entire reality. It went from a quiet office to a full blown mystery in one minute.

Was kind of on the fence about the show before that scene @tessa_rivera, but yeah it completely flipped my view on everything happening. That single moment made me realize how much was hiding under the surface.
