Can we talk about how 'The Bear' actually lives up to all the hype?

I was sure it was just another overhyped drama after seeing 50 TikToks about it, but then I binged both seasons in a weekend and now I get why everyone's losing their minds over that kitchen screaming match in season 2, has anyone else had a show totally flip your expectations like that?

S02E06 did it for me. The one where Richie finally gets his act together at the fancy restaurant. Went from hating that guy to completely rooting for him. Whole show is like that though, just layers on layers.

I was totally in the same boat, thought it was just another hyped up show that would be all stress and no payoff. Then I watched that episode where they do the trial run for the restaurant and everyone's just screaming at each other, but you can feel how much they all care underneath it. It completely changed my mind about the whole show, like they made chaos actually feel meaningful. Ever have a show completely flip your opinion after one specific episode?
