Wasted $80 on a cheap torque wrench that snapped on the second use
Picked up a no-name torque wrench off Amazon last month for $80, figured it was fine for basic stuff. First bolt I did on my disc brake caliper seemed okay, but on the second use the head just twisted off when I hit 4 Nm. Ended up having to buy a $150 Park Tool one from the shop down the street, plus a new rotor since the old one got gouged when the wrench slipped. Anyone else learned this lesson the hard way, or am I the only one who tried to save a few bucks?

Honestly that sucks but yeah you gotta pay for quality with tools.
