Hitting 200 briskets is a wild number... I got that same spooked feeling when I realized I'd gone through a whole pallet of charcoal last summer.

Know that feeling exactly. My bank statement after buying all that meat and fuel looks like a crime scene. Makes you wonder what normal people spend their money on.
