Hit 500 beard trims this quarter and honestly, I think the focus on speed is overrated.

Everyone pushes for quick flips, but taking an extra 5 minutes for detail work has actually boosted my repeat bookings by 30%. Am I the only one who thinks slower can be better for business?

Oh please, five minutes is the difference between a good trim and someone looking like they fought a lawnmower! Speed is fine for a quick buzz, but a beard is basically a guy's pride and joy on his face. If you rush it, you're just asking for a bad review and a customer who never comes back. Honestly, I'd rather book fewer people and have them all be happy enough to tell their friends.

Wait, is a five minute difference in a beard trim really that big of a deal? I mean, it's just hair, it grows back. Maybe some guys just like the vibe of a longer appointment.
