That $250 ultralight tent was a total waste of money
I bought this super expensive ultralight tent last spring for a 5 day trip on the Appalachian Trail in Virginia. By night 2, the seam tape was already peeling off in the rain and I woke up in a puddle. Spent $80 on a cheap repair kit but it never sealed right again. Has anyone else had luck with those budget friendly silnylon tents or is it all hype?
