Why does nobody warn you that a 2 hour HVAC window in Atlanta really means 5
I called 4 different HVAC companies around Decatur for a tune up and every single one gave me a 2 hour arrival window, but the actual wait from first call to a tech at my door averaged 4 hours 47 minutes. One dispatcher finally admitted they book 6 jobs per tech per day and just hope for the best, which means the window is basically made up. Has anyone in the metro found a company that actually shows up when they say, or is this just how it works here now?
