Can we talk about how I used to call 3 places for a plumber and now I just use one app
Two years ago when my kitchen sink backed up, I spent a whole morning calling plumbers around Decatur and only one of them even picked up, and he wanted $140 just to come look. Now I open an app, put in what's wrong, and a guy shows up the same day for a flat $89 call out fee. Last Tuesday I had a leak under the bathroom sink and booked someone at 7am while I was eating breakfast. I miss getting to actually talk to a person first, though, because the app sent a guy who didn't have the right part and I had to rebook. Has anyone found a service in Atlanta that still lets you call and talk to a real person?
