Wrote off tankless water heaters as a fad until our plumber in Decatur showed me his gas bill
He saved about $340 over a year compared to our old 50 gallon tank, and the endless hot water with two teenagers is honestly worth it on its own. Anyone here made the switch, and did you bother with the yearly flush or just skip it?
