The inspector in Decatur told me my gutters were "a river running backwards" and I changed three things that weekend
He pointed out that my downspouts dumped right at the foundation instead of 6 feet out, so I bought two $12 splash blocks and a $9 extension at the Ace on Ponce and haven't had water in the crawlspace since, has anyone else had an inspector say something that blunt that actually stuck?
