Renters vs owners on my street, who actually takes care of the yards?
I've lived off Briarcliff for 3 years and noticed the rental houses have better lawns than the owner-occupied ones. My neighbor rents and mows every Friday like clockwork, while the guy two doors down who owns his place has let his grass hit 8 inches twice this summer. Is it just me, or does the responsibility dynamic flip when someone's paying a property manager? I'm curious if anyone else has seen the same pattern around Atlanta or if I'm just picking up on bad luck with my block.
