Back in 2018 I'd spend a whole night trying to get one decent shot of Orion, but now my new tracker and a $400 camera let me just set it and go to bed.

I used to freeze my butt off for hours trying to keep stars from trailing in a single 30-second exposure, but after I got that Sky-Watcher Star Adventurer last fall, I can just let it run for 200 shots while I make coffee inside.

Yeah, "game changer" is such a perfect way to put it, @the_vera. I mean, it reminds me of when I finally got a good pair of kitchen shears. Idk why I used a dumb knife for everything before. Maybe it's just me but once you have the right tool for a simple job, you can't go back. It feels silly to get so excited about scissors, but it honestly changed how I make dinner.
