Hot take: My old pressure canner's gauge went haywire during a batch of green beans last night.

It started reading 5 PSI low, so I had to shut it down and finish them in a water bath. Anyone have a reliable brand for a replacement gauge they've actually used for years?

All American gauges are solid. Had mine for a decade with regular testing.

Saw a thread on a canning forum swearing by the All American dial gauges. They seem to last forever if you get them tested yearly.
