Why does nobody talk about bad capacitor batches from 2022

I pulled three identical LG washer boards last month in Columbus that all had the same swollen 10uF caps fail. Same date code, same spot on the board, all from late 2022 production. I finally checked the lot number against a supplier forum thread and found out it was a known bad batch. Anyone else seeing a pattern with those specific boards or is it just my area?

The bad batch thing was mostly tied to a specific capacitor vendor, not the board design itself. LG swapped suppliers mid-2022 and that's when the failures started showing up. You're not crazy, but it's not the whole board line, just those specific parts.
