Rant: Week from hell with a stubborn LG washer, or was it me?

Five service calls in 3 days on the same front loader in Phoenix, error code OE every time. I replaced the drain pump, checked the filter, even ran a diagnostic, but it ended up being a partial clog in the standpipe the homeowner's plumber missed. Is it worth charging for a second trip when the rookie mistake is on the house's end, or do you eat the time to keep the customer happy?

Tbh I once spent 45 minutes diagnosing a dryer that just had a lint trap so packed it looked like a sweater. Charged the customer for the visit and felt bad about it until I found the same clog in their vent three weeks later. You gotta eat the second trip on this one, but maybe joke about the plumber's "mystery pipe" when you hand over the bill. Keeps the mood light and reminds them why they called you in the first place.
