Just read that a single worm bin under your sink can process a pound of scraps a week. That's a lot more than I thought.

My kitchen sink has been the main prep station for three days straight now. I've chopped enough vegetables over that drain to feed a small army (or at least my very hungry family). It's basically running the whole operation while the stove just watches.
