Got called out for my 'top 10' anime list being all new stuff
Posted my favorite anime list last month, all shows from the last 5 years. A user named Kaito replied, 'You're missing the classics that shaped the medium.' I swapped out three picks for 'Cowboy Bebop,' 'Neon Genesis Evangelion,' and 'Akira' and my whole view changed. What's one older series you think every fan needs to see?

Wait, did you actually like those older shows" is killing me. You think I'd sit through hours of cheesy special effects and weird fashion just to look cool? I added them because they're good, period. The stories actually had endings, you know? Not like now where everything just sets up the next season.
