Bought a $200 limited edition figure off a random seller, arrived with one arm missing
Ngl I panicked when the box showed up with a dented corner and the arm just rattling around inside like a spare part. Seller offered $20 back but honestly the glue fix was so clean you can't even tell, has anyone else gotten a janky 'new' figure that turned out fine?

If you were counting on that $20 to make up for it you would've been waiting forever, so the glue fix was honestly the move. I had the same thing happen with a figma a while back, shoulder joint was loose out of the box and the seller tried to lowball me too. A little super glue and a steady hand and it's been sitting on my shelf for two years with zero issues. Long as the peg isn't snapped off at the root you can usually save these things yourself.

Wait you fixed it with super glue?? I always thought that stuff would just fuse the joint solid and you'd never be able to move it again lol. Good to know it actually holds up for years like that
