Question about a $150 inspection camera that saved my skin on a gear retraction check

I was stuck trying to see inside a tight spot on a Cessna's main gear well, and that cheap camera let me spot a frayed cable before it became a real problem, so has anyone else found a good use for one of these little cameras on older planes?
