Just realized the $12 safety wire twister from the swap meet actually beats my name brand one
I picked up a no name twister at a swap meet in Tulsa 6 months ago for $12 just to have a spare in my box, and I honestly expected the jaws to give out after a week of safetying hydraulic lines on a King Air. It has done maybe 40 jobs now with no slip and the spring still feels tight, while my $90 one needed new jaws after 2 seasons. Anyone else got a cheap tool that outlasted the fancy one, or did I just get lucky with this batch?
