Warning: my air fryer notebook hit page 100 and I didn't even notice
I started keeping a little spiral notebook for air fryer stuff about two winters back, just jotting temps and times so I would stop guessing on repeat meals. Page one was frozen tater tots at 400 for 12 minutes, real basic. Fast forward to this morning and I flipped past page 100 without even realizing it, and there is a whole timeline in there. Somewhere around page 30 I quit writing down brand names and started writing down what the food actually looked like when it came out. Page 60 has a note that just says "cauliflower, 380, shake twice, trust it" and I still use that one. It hit me that the best recipes in the book are not from any website, they are little fixes I made myself after burning stuff. My sister wants me to type it all up but half the charm is the grease stains and my terrible handwriting. What's the one air fryer note you keep going back to that never made it onto the internet?
Page 100 in two years means you cook in that thing way more than most people who call themselves air fryer people. Typing it up kills the whole point, the burnt spots and crossed out times are the actual recipe.
