I thought air fryer cheesecake was a joke until last weekend
My sister in Boise swore by a recipe she found online, and I finally gave it a shot. I used a 6-inch springform pan, wrapped the bottom in foil, and cooked it for 25 minutes. The top set perfectly without a single crack, which never happens in my regular oven. Has anyone else had a win with a dessert you were sure would fail in the air fryer?

My skeptical win was with lava cakes. I used ramekins and a little water in the air fryer basket for steam. They came out with a perfect gooey center in 9 minutes, which is way faster than my oven preheats. I was fully prepared for a mess but it just worked.
