Hit 100 air fryer recipes logged, never thought I'd stick with it
I started tracking every recipe I tried back in January just to see how many I could do. Today I hit 100 exactly. Some were total flops, like the time I tried to make cheese crisps and ended up with a burnt mess stuck to the basket. But a solid 60 of them came out good enough to make again. The one that surprised me most was a simple garlic parmesan potato wedge recipe I found on a food blog from Portland. 20 minutes at 380, flip halfway, perfect every time. I used to think air fryers were just for frozen stuff. Now I'm experimenting with fresh veggies and even trying a small cake this weekend. Anyone else keep a running count or just wing it every night?
