That moment when my AI training data setup was backwards for 6 months
I finally figured out last Tuesday that all my annotation pipelines were stripping context from the wrong ends of sentences. My model accuracy jumped 12 percent overnight after I swapped the order. Has anyone else had their whole workflow flipped by a single forum comment?

Man, that reminds me of the time I spent three months chasing a bug in my color profiles. Turns out I had my monitor set to sRGB but my software was reading Adobe RGB the whole time. Everything looked fine to me but clients kept saying their logos were too saturated. One random YouTube comment at 2am pointed it out and I felt like an idiot for weeks after.
