Noticed my AI chatbot started answering differently after 3 months of use

I've been using this one chatbot for customer FAQs on my small shop site. At first it was great, perfect replies. Then around month 3 it started giving super long rambling answers and even making up stuff about return policies. I checked and no updates were installed. Has anyone else seen their AI drift like this over time?

Yep, watched mine slowly turn into a rambling mess around month four. Started making up fake product specs like we suddenly sold neon pink shipping tape. Had to rebuild the whole prompt from scratch to fix it.
