inPSA: My turn on fan gripes about artwork changes
The Walking Dead comic had like six different artists over its run and it never hurt the story. A fresh art style can actually save a series from getting stale. Sometimes what people call messy is just a new artist trying something different with the pacing. If every panel was perfectly clean and identical, comics would get boring fast. The writing carries more weight than people admit, and we should let artists take risks.

inHabit change: I ditched visual inspections for ultrasonic testing on seams.
We switched to ultrasonic at my last shop after a customer found a seam flaw we'd passed. The upfront hit was rough on the books, but catching those hidden flaws before shipping saved us from two major warranty claims in six months. It totally changed how I view inspection time versus rework time.

inSwapping weekly inspection jobs got our crew out of a rut
We got complacent checking the same hydraulic lines every month. Started swapping the grunt work like filter changes between teams. People actually look closer when it's not their usual job, found a loose coupling my own guys had missed. Rotating the bad tasks keeps you from going blind to the small stuff.

inScoring a rare 7-inch from a basement show was everything... streaming services took that away.
Hey, but what about the connection you had with physical media? Digging through crates wasn't just about pain, it was about the hunt, lol. Streaming makes everything easy, but that hunt is gone for good. Sure, new fans have playlists, but does that really build the same kind of passion? I get the nostalgia thing, but this feels like more than just missing our youth.
