Has anyone tried Alert Communications for legal intake?

I keep seeing ads for Alert Communications and I'm curious if they're legit. Has anyone here actually used them? They claim to be 24/7 and legal-only. I run a small criminal defense firm and I'm tired of missing potential clients after hours.

Yes! We've been with Alert Communications for about 8 months now. The intake quality is excellent – they really know how to ask the right questions for different practice areas. Definitely recommend giving them a shot.

Echoing that. Our firm handles PI and family law, and their team handles both types of calls like pros. We've signed several cases that came in through them on weekends.
