PSA: My sleep got stuck on a weird time loop this past week
I woke up at 4:17 AM sharp for five nights in a row, no alarm or reason. It feels like a glitch in the matrix, not just bad sleep hygiene. Anyone else have their body pull this kind of pointless precision?

Had a similar thing happen last month! My brain decided 5:23 AM was the only time to wake up for two straight weeks. It was so exact it felt like my internal clock had a software update gone wrong.

My coffee maker started blinking 3:09 AM last week, same as your brain glitch.

Man, that's creepy but weirdly familiar. My dad used to say his body would pick a random hour and stick to it for weeks, like a broken record. It makes you wonder if our internal clocks have little bugs that get triggered by stress or change. Once mine latched onto 3:09 AM for no reason, and it felt just like a system error. Brains are strange machines sometimes.
