My car keys were in my fridge for three days straight
I always thought those 'glitch' stories were just bad memory. Then last Tuesday I lost my keys. Tore the house apart. Checked every pocket, every drawer. Gave up and used the spare. Found them Thursday morning in the vegetable crisper, under the lettuce. I live alone. I never put things in the fridge. The weird part? My fridge door beeps if left open. It never did. So either I sleepwalked and did the weirdest thing ever, or something just... shifted. Has anyone else had an object turn up somewhere that makes zero sense?

Ever wonder if we're all just walking through life slightly out of phase with our own stuff? Like, your keys were in your dimension's fridge, but for a second they slipped into the one where you do put random things next to the milk. Maybe it's not sleepwalking, but reality itself taking a tiny coffee break. What if we all have these little tears we just stitch back up without noticing?

Love where @richard_nelson is going with that. It makes me wonder if these glitches are just the edges of our own personal "rooms" bumping into each other. Maybe my kitchen and your garage share a wall in some other layer, and stuff just falls through the cracks sometimes. My grandma's reading glasses once showed up in my closed piano bench, and she lived two states away.
