A contractor in Spokane told me my silicone bead was too thick for structural glazing
He said it wouldn't cure right and could fail. I switched to a smaller nozzle and now my beads are half the size. Anyone have a favorite brand for those smaller tips?

Oh man, that's interesting. I've heard the opposite before, that a super skinny bead can skin over too fast and trap uncured silicone inside. Maybe ask him about the specific product's cure depth?
