Rant: I charged a flat rate for a website project that took twice as long as I thought
The client kept adding 'tiny' changes, and I ended up making about $15 an hour. How do you all handle scope creep without sounding difficult?

I mean, you gotta define 'tiny' in the contract next time.

Totally agree! I once wrote "small revisions" and ended up redoing half the project.
