Debate: When a client pays early, I do a little dance. Some say it's unprofessional, others think it's healthy. Your take?

Totally get it, that dance is pure relief. It means you don't have to chase anyone down or stress about cash flow for a minute. Calling that unprofessional is missing the point completely. It’s a private win for hitting a basic goal that keeps everything running. Letting out that little bit of joy is what keeps you sane in this game.
