I finally found an easier way to handle meeting prep for my CEO
Every Monday I was spending about 2 hours pulling reports and notes for our weekly exec meetings, then tweaking formatting for 30 more minutes. Last month I started using a simple shared doc where each department drops their three key numbers the day before. Has anyone else tried letting the team do the prep work themselves?

I mean, that "team dropping their three key numbers the day before" trick sounds like a lifesaver honestly. I can totally relate to drowning in formatting and pulling data, it's such a time sink. Solid move getting everyone to share the load.

Wait, you're saying you haven't tried this yet, @joseph_martinez35? Honestly it changed everything for me. No more staying up late fixing spreadsheets or hunting for numbers... everyone just shows up ready. Saves so much mental energy too, not having to chase people down. Really the best part is nobody blames me for the formatting anymore because we all did it together.
