Hit the 500 client milestone at my accounting firm way faster than I expected
I figured it would take me until at least year five to get there, but I crossed that threshold in just over three years through referrals alone. Has anyone else had a growth number that completely caught them off guard?

Wow, that's really something. Three years through referrals alone is wild, most people can't build that kind of trust that fast. I bet your clients must be talking you up like crazy to make that happen. There's gotta be something about your process that just clicks with people, maybe how you handle tax season or even just how you explain numbers in a way that doesn't scare them off. That kind of organic growth usually means you're doing something right with the people you already have, which is harder than it sounds.
