Client's persistent redness cleared up after I switched from a standard cleanser to a milk-based one for three months.
She had rosacea-like flushing for years that didn't respond to typical calming serums. The only change was swapping her morning gel wash for a gentle oat milk cleanser I recommended back in January. Has anyone else seen a similar turnaround just from changing the cleansing step?

Honestly used to think cleansers were just for removing dirt and didn't matter much for skin issues. Tbh seeing results like this totally changed my mind. It makes sense that stripping the skin barrier every morning could keep redness around. Now I tell people to really look at their cleanser first before buying another treatment product.
