My garbage disposal tried to eat a spoon and I spent three hours trying to fish it out.
It was my kid's plastic measuring spoon from a baking kit, and it got wedged sideways under the blades. I tried pliers, a coat hanger, and finally got it with a bent piece of wire from an old picture frame. What's the weirdest thing you've ever pulled out of a disposal?

Oh man, that's a nightmare! I once had to pull a whole lemon wedge out of mine. It was totally jammed and smelled awful. My roommate just shrugged and said "it's natural, it'll break down." Spoiler: it did not. Took forever with tongs and a butter knife. Those things are way too strong for their own good.

Ugh, my buddy had a lime slice fuse to the bottom of his like cement. He tried hot water and dish soap for an hour before it gave up. Those drains are a total trap for fruit.
