That job in the old Denver apartment building last week was a nightmare because every wall was out of plumb by at least an inch.
We had to fur out every single stud with custom ripped strips, which added two full days to the schedule, so has anyone else had a job that bad and how did you quote for it?

My buddy's crew once had to sister every joist in a 1920s house, which was a total budget killer.
