Read a study that said drywall dust can stay in the air for over 8 hours. Found it in a safety PDF from a union training site. How do you guys handle cleanup to keep it down?

That bit about it staying airborne for 8 hours is why I'm so careful. I wet mop the floor first to keep dust from kicking back up. Then I run a shop vac with a HEPA filter while I'm cleaning the walls and surfaces. Sealing off the room with plastic helps a ton too.

Damn, @hart.charlie's setup sounds like a crime scene clean up. I just open a window and cough a lot.
